Ingredients of a strawberry

Quick hit today, from a blog I came across a few days ago on WordPress.  Don’t be too quick to negatively judge some of those big words you see on food labels… Behold, the ingredients of a strawberry.

  1. The situation is worse than you probably realize. Most strawberries sold in North America are treated, before sale, with dihydrogen monoxide. This chemical is implicated in thousands upon thousands of deaths every year, yet its use continues, unabated. When will we ever learn?

  2. Actually, Concerned Citizen, I saw my children sharing a drinking glass full of dihydrogen monoxide earlier today. I’m not sure where they got it, but I scolded them good.

Little wonder then that they taste soooooooooooooooooooo good and are so pretty to look at and their smell, wonderful. They have all that stuff in them so might as well go with the good things for people to remember about them, not the chemicals.
We just never know what is in any of what we eat or drink or smell in the air till someone does tests and them prints the results.
