Heads Up on “The Numbers Guy” Blog

FYI: In writing my last post, I discovered that the Wall Street Journal’s “Numbers Guy,” Carl Bialik, has a blog.  The print WSJ in which I found his article mentions that he focuses on “how numbers are used and misused in business, politics, and media,” and since that is a common theme that has appeared in my own writings, I think I will make visiting his blog a regular habit.  For those of you who might be similiarly interested, I will add him to my “blog roll.”

His entry “Carl’s Reading List” contains a number of worthwhile references on the subject of how mathematics is used and abused publicly, and I plan to add to my own library many of those he mentions.
